FCP Groton service, defective parts report 200

This is in reference to my previous post, "I quit - caliper goes back...."

This past summer I've replaced all 4 calipers and all flexible brake lines with reman and new parts from FCP Groton. All good transactions. When I finished, the left front caliper would only bleed from the top bleeder. After posting here and trying several things, my last post mentioned the FCP name. On a Sunday, I received a direct email from one of the FCP management fellows who had been looking at the forum on his weekend and noticed their name mentioned. He wanted to get my project going again and told me to call them Monday. (Which I would have anyway) I did; they were waiting for my call, and they shipped a replacement caliper which worked fine when it arrived. They also arranged a no-charge return shipping lable.

Great service when the seller calls me before I can get a call in to them!!! The problem was in the reman process, not FCP.
