When I first turn the ignition key in the morning, I hear no fuel pumps running. When I turn the key further to crank, the fuel pumps start running. Only after three or four attempts will the engine get fuel. To test the cold start injector, you're supposed to take the electrical connection off and run the fuel pumps. I can't do that unlessI actually crank the engine. Tested the timer for the cold start injector and it's getting current. Each leg of the injector harness is hot, but can't get current across the wires of the injector. Both pumps are working. Fuel pump relay is wired right and seems to be working. Now I am officially confused. Help!
