Need help asap

S90 1998 160K from a dead stop hesitates and jerks, rpm drops, almost stalling but never does. passing 10 mph no hasitation no jerking very smoth and steady accceliration. Cold and hot start OK.
it has been doing this for 6-8 months in the beginning 1-2 twice a week now always everytime i drive for the past 2-3 month.

new plugs,new fuel filter, AMM OK, FPR OK, throttle body cleaned, idle steady, canister purge valve OK, NO codes.

Guys i need all your help, thanks you all.
