alternative to PB Blaster??? opinions wanted!

Apparently the EPA "forced" PB to change the formula of Blaster some time back. I only "heard" this from a mechanic friend and did not read it which might give the information more credability.

I bought a gallon of Kroil years ago but could not find a reliable sprayer to apply it. I just ran out of the last bit of "old" PB I had. Rather than buy a new can of PB I will look for a more reliable applicator for the Kroil.

WD40 spends a ton of money on advertising and enjoy a fair market share because of it. Originally formulated to displace moisture it works well on wet ignition components that are experiencing arcing to ground.
