Coolant Temperature Sensor Issues & Questions 200 1993

I just changed out my Coolant Temperature Sensor and cleaned out the intake. I didn't test the CTS since the OBDI was giving me a fault and the symptoms of difficult cold starts pointed in this direction. Now the OBDI gives me 123 and 224 and car was tough to get started, but runs well when started, except the idle runs a little high. I was not able to get the direct part for a 93 240, so I cross referenced the part and got one for 92 Saab 9000 Turbo. Could this be my problem? I also unhooked the battery for a few hours, hoping that this would clear out all the codes.

Also, the CEL light is not illuminated...hmmm.
