Anyone install Alfa 164S seats into a 240? 200 1983

I'm aware that this question has two parts.
Firstly, can I install power seats into a car that never had powered seats (83 244)?
Secondly, will seats from a 91 164S Alfa fit (width-wise) into the 240's interior?
I sat in one in my local salvage yard, and thought they were a very comfortable seat.

Visually (didn't take a measurement) they look like they might fit, but I didn't take any check on the seat mounting rails and the width there.

Anyone have any experience with Alfa seats?
