Exhaust Manifold will not come off 1800 1973

I have removed 7 bolts from the intake/exhaust manifold. The FI intake slides away from the head a couple of inches but the exhaust will not budge. Am I missing a bolt? My manual does not say how many there are and I cannot feel any others, any suggestions? Thanks.
