Rapid prototype file for Tach plug 200 1988

I bought a Tach off ebay but no plug for the hole where the clock adjustment pin currently sits.

I have a rapid prototype machine at work. Printed it off today.

STL file or you can order from Shapeways here: http://www.shapeways.com/model/763072/volvo_240_tachometer_plug.html?key=24c7857475fa518e9da4487358a8e262

The rubber washer is 3.5mm thick, 14.75mm diameter, 4.75mm inside hole. I used some softer foam and just cut a slit in the middle. Looks like it will work fine.

I wish the trim piece around my center vents were as easy to draw in CAD.
