I called my local volvo parts department today to inquire about the blue instrument panel bulbs (the ones with the plastic housing) for a 740. I used part number: 1323462-0


They still carry them, but the part number has changed, as well as the price. The new number is: 989800
the new price is: $4.13 (USD)

*update*

I took a trip and found out that (unfortunately) the new item is simply a clear bulb. So if you wish to solder a new bulb in and paint it then it's a suitable item, otherwise steer clear.

In addition, I've seen these bulbs go for a lot cheaper online. It looks exactly the same as the shift indicator bulb.
