Volvo armrest question 140-160

In a 1973 Swedish language brochure that I have on CD, the same part number shows up, along with the same photo. The brochure appears to be aimed at the 140/160 series and also calls out model-specific items when applicable... 164 headlight trim rings and 145-specific accessories for instance, are so marked. I would therefore guess the armrest was designed to be used on either the 140 or 160, because it is simply listed by part number with no model info.

FWIW, in other accessory brochures printed in 1968 and 1970, there is no 283284 armrest... must've been introduced later than 1970.
