Hi All:

Our wagon which has been well behaved until now cranks but will not start. I read through some of the relevant threads, and based on the advice hooked up my code reader but I am getting no codes.

Does their absence suggest a likely next step?

A complication is that the car is nose into a garage space where I can't lift the hood. The shifter doesn't seem to want to move out of park but I am being pretty careful with it. Is there a trick so I can pull it out?
