Volvo 240 1992~~~Cuts out under load sometimes 200 1992

Be more descriptive and we can be more help.

First, is the car a stick or auto? It matters because if it is stick it has Bosch LH 3.1 instead of 2.4.

By cuts out, do you mean dies completely and then restarts a few seconds/minutes later or does it just stumble and immediately recover? If you have a tach, does it immediately drop to zero? Does it happen more when the car is warm/hot from being driven for a while? Does it happen only when you are at or below 1/4 tan of fuel?

Likely candidates depending on how you answer the questions are:

Fuel pump relay
Crank Position sensor
Ignition Power Stage
In-tank fuel pump
Weird fuse issue
