Front trailing arm bushing removal suggestions 200 1986

I recently replaced the rear trailing arm bushings on my sedan with it on the car. No real issues doing that project. Found that the PS front TA bushings it split and there is alot of play on that side. I know I will have to remove the entire TA from the car, but I was wondering, short of taking it down and having the bushing pressed out then back in, is there an esay 'homebrew' way of doing it myself? I'd appreciate any and all suggestions.

Thanks.
