Occasional Stalling Issue 200 1981

My '81 242DL B21F occasionally stalls but can be immediately restarted. The stall feels like the engine is just switched off. Otherwise the car runs fine. This problem has gone on for several years and occurs weather the tank is near empty, full or in between. It seems to happen at stops or slowing to stop but not on the highway.

Stuff done:
Both pumps
ignition wires, rotor, cap, and plugs
engine harness
fuses removed and inspected, contacts cleaned and tensioned

I have not:
replaced ignition switch
removed and cleaned ignition module connector
