I'm going to make some home made strut braces for the top and bottom of my car.

However I do not know what bolt size and/or thread size I need to purchase for the top braces. Can someone help me here?

Also, for the bottom braces I want to mount them not where Volvo suggested but back a bit to the frame where there are already two threaded holes. Does anyone out their know what bolt size/thread size I need for those?
