motor swap 200

I'm replacing the motor on my son's 91 780 Bertone. We are going to install the motor from an 89 780 parts car. Both motors are B-230ft but the 89 has the older Hall-Sensor ignition system and the 91 has the flywheel sensor.
It looks to me that if I wanted to keep the 91s ignition system, I would have to replace the flywheel and fit the flywheel sensor onto the 89 motor. I think I would also have to replace the wiring harness.
On the other hand if I kept the Hall-Sensor type ignition I would only have to exchange the computer.
I know the turbos are different but am not sure what other issue's that we're going discover.
Your thoughts/comments are appreciated.
Thanks - Rick
