should I get a xc70 or keep my 945?

Do you really need the AWD? If you don't then you might consider a plain jane V70. Simpler, better gas`mileage and cheaper to maintain than any AWD. Just avoid the 2001 and 2002's - FWD or AWD.

If you want cheap and easy then stick with your 940. If you prefer safer, better gas mileage but more complex then opt for the XC70.
