V90 Heater Climate Control Problem S90-V90

There's a control valve against the fierwall that goes out on the 960/V/S/90 but usually results in warm air mixing with cold and can act like the A/C isn't working. There's a PC board under the dash that operates the valve and that also can go bad. Either way it's removal of the dash to get at the valve. A diagnostic from the dealer can tell if the PCB is not working (non-Volvo diagnostic tools won't read the codes)
Another possibility is that thje in-cabin temp sensor is bad which is an easy fix
