What relay is this? (picture included) 200 1986

Found in the lower dash below the instrument panel on the driver's side of the car. The case it comes in (not pictured) is black, and devoid of any clips for attachment. It connects to a harness via 7 prongs.
According to the Haynes manual it's the fuel pump relay, due to its location, but I thought the FPR was the white thing in the similar location by the ECU on the passenger side of the car (there is definitely something there in mine, not sure what it is).

Reason that I ask is because I am diagnosing some electrical problems and I get a lot of water on my fuses and that general area, and I noticed that this thing was full of water (I turned it upside down and it literally drained water out of itself). When I took it apart to look at it and clean a little corrosion off of it (not the smartest idea I now see) I broke a resistor off, pictured here with the red circle around, just before it came off.

If anyone could tell me the spec of that resister (or simply its color code) that would really help me out as well. Thanks guys

If you can't see the picture just go here if you don't mind
