Reverse Lights NOT Working... 200 1992

This is good advice. The neutral safety switch is a rather obvious culprit, but I think the likelihood profile might favor the left tail light harness connection.

Rather than the bulb being the culprit, the black wires that feed the reverse lighting daisy chain through the harness connector, meaning the flexible printed circuit on the left tail light assembly is part of the path to the right one.
