electric seats to manual seat rails 700

I have a 89 765T with electric seats and brand new custom leather. My wife totalled the car shortly after so I am parting it out. I want to swap the seats into my 89 745T with manual seats. I want to stay manual seats. Will I be able to swap over the seat cushions and be done? Also I would like to swap the bumpers and headlight assembly from the 89 765T to the 89 745T if possible.
