Timing Belt Alignment 200

I've Changed a number of timing belts on 240s but having trouble this time making sure the lines on the new timing belt are properly aligned with the three timing pulleys.

The one that's getting me is the bottom, crank pulley. The double line on the new belt isn't close to lining up with anything. Looking at some tutorials, seems that the older crankshaft timing pulleys had an outside washer with a notch that lined up with the double lines. My '89 does not.

I want to make sure and get the crank pulley correct, relative to the cam and intermediate pulleys, of course. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
