240 EXHAUST MANIFOLD 200 1980

Recently replaced my B21 carb engine with a B230 (was fuel inj - but changed to carb version - I love it more power.

I need a new EXHAUST MANIFOLD - and they are hard to obtain
Are the B21 and B230 manifolds interchangable ???

I am also told that MIDAS has a data base and can look at it and order me a rebuilt one

Thoughts please.
