cable driven odometer 200 1977

Hi Derek,

92 with the same problem as a 77? Well, maybe by a stretch, but with the electronic odometers, I would first suspect the service mileage counter, which is gear driven from the hundreds wheel. Best approach with the service counter is to disconnect it entirely. If you haven't replaced the 25-tooth gear in your odo yet, the force needed to move this service counter will hasten the demise of your original, soft gear. If you have, then you will understand why.

Good luck.
