Transmission shifts way tooo fast S90-V90

reputable transmision mechanic told me that transmission up shifts too fast and this why i have car giving me a jerky ride but once i am in 3rd gear it drives just fine speeds above aprx 20 mp, highway drives just fine.

it has been doing this for several month. TCM has no codes. no flashing arrow, no CEL. Engine has been checked no problems found.

Can anyone suggest what this could be and how much it can cost?
