adding a Lockheed booster 120-130

Hello,

I agree with Phil on all points, especially about the mounting issues with the Lockheed unit.

The Lockheed brake booster will require fabrication of a bracket and customizing of brake lines as the Lockheed unit uses bubble flares, while the Girlings have adapters that use the stock inverted flares.

If you can find an old Girling brake booster and mounting bracket, the booster can be rebuilt although it costs more than the new Lockheed brake booster.

But then you can use the stock brake booster bracket that mounts to the inner fender so you can mount the rebuilt Girling brake booster and keep the original under hood appearance.

We have been installing rebuilt Girling brake boosters for over 10 years without a single one needing to be re-rebuilt.

FYI, before we found a very reliable Girling brake booster rebuilder, we would use the original booster bracket as a base for a custom made bracket to hold the Lockheed brake booster.
