All doors unlock except one. 200 1991

Hello,

I have searched and my issue seems to be rare.
1991 240 power door locks unable to unlock rear
passenger door 100% of the way. When I unlock the doors with key and/or
by pulling on the driver's lock knob the rear passenger door pull knob comes up about 90% of the way, but
it does not come up all the way to unlock the door.
I have to reach over and pull it up the last 10%, in order
to be able to unlock that door.
All other doors lock and unlock just fine.

I have removed the door cover and sprayed lubricant on the actuator but this did not help.

Is there an adjustment there that can be adjusted on the actuator?

I am tired of reaching back there to unlock that door.
Didn't I buy this car because of those fancy features?

Help needed in New Mexico.
