240 4 LAMP ROUND HEADLAMPS 200 1980

I have a BOSCH Halogen replacement for my 245 1980 Wagon
One light is labeled #2 the other #1
One is High beam H5001, one is Low H5006

So is #1 Low or High, or is #2 low or high
Love the BOSCH - any upgrades recommended CIBIE, Hella etc

BTW - ?? Can I do 100W on High Beam or will this overload wiring/fuses
Currently use H4 55/65 Watt Low and High'
