I finished making up the caliper mounts to mount the 240 calipers on the Land Rover Defender rotors. The aluminum is two pieces 3/8" thick each and took some doing to get the mounting angle and rotor clearance just right. These will be the patterns for the finished pieces which will be one piece that is 3/4" thick. The first ones will be for the Volvo 122S cars with one pair for me to fit to my 544. If it is a good fit I will make up some more when someone wants them. I will post cost after they are made.

I found a difference of .100 thickness in the caliper mounting ear thickness on the 240 rotors. This makes the rotor rub the caliper. I suspect one of them is a NON-ABS caliper.

I uploaded pictures of the mounts to photobucket. They are in the Volvo folder with dates starting 2012-12-3.
