V90 Sagging Wagon S90-V90

I have a V90 wagon ( non-Nivomatt model)that squats way too much in the back with adults and luggage . From what I can tell the independent rear suspension cars have very few aftermarket choices. I also don't know what these looked like when they left the factory to know what a normal ride height is.

How do you know if the rear composite spring needs to be swapped out? Does a new set of shocks raise the back of the car at all? ( make a difference with OEM or Monroe) Can I fit an air shock? (searched I have done here would indicate no) Anyone tried adding an air bag set up?

I have a set of ground control coil overs from an old car, and am thinking about trying to make that work.

Any thoughts about this? I would love to tighten this car up a little while I level it out....
