master cylinder ? 120-130 1967

It appears that the master cylinder on my '67 P220 has been updated. It was very well done, it looks 'factory'. The car now has a dual circuit master with the mounting bolts in a vertical plane. The reservoir is a Volvo part (678091). I can't see any markings on the cylinder itself. Unfortuneately, it needs to be rebuilt.

Any idea what car did this master originally fit ? Do you know of anyone who has rebuild kits for them ?
