Oh, Those Warning Lights! 200 1992

So, the old girl has been running well these last several months, especially since she stranded the Young Princess and her new Boyfriend out in the middle of nowhere with a crapped-out fuel pump relay. But that issue was taken care of, with little to no embarrassment and only a small infusion of cash. But now, she's beginning to act up again. Here's the symptom: Driving along (or stopped at a light--doesn't really matter) and she'll sort of 'hiccup' as if she's going to stall for just a moment...and then she'll catch again and all will be well. Not weather, fuel, temperature, phases-of-the-moon, or time of day dependent, Just occasionally happens.

Today,it happened again. This time she apparently threw a code, and now the 'check engine' light is on. Still runs fine after all that, but now I have three questions for those who know more than I do:

1. Any long-distance diagnosis? Or is there someplace to plug in an OBD?
2. How does one re-set the light? Or is it like normal cars and will re-set itself after three or four re-starts?
3. Forgot to mention that (unrelated) the 10K service light came on. It still goes off after 2 minutes like it's supposed to....but how does one re-set that small annoyance, as well?

As always.....Thanks
Brad
