Obnoxious vibration at idle. 900 1995

Hi all. 1995 v940 Wagon (that's a stock 940 with the V90 cosmetic goodies) 249,700 miles on the odometer. In addition to the cosmetics, I performed a lot of upgrades/maintenance on the car last year including the timing belt, water pump, and head gasket back in March '12.

Current issue is some obnoxious vibration at idle - especially when sitting at a light. It stops briefly if the car is shifted into neutral or park, but the vibration comes back pretty quickly as soon as the idle comes back up to normal. There are no performance issues when I'm driving. Although I get the occasional hesitation between "stop" and "go."

Unsure what's going on here. First thought is that the timing has jumped a tooth or maybe I got the timing slightly "off" when I had the head off the car.

Aside from these two thoughts, is there anything I'm overlooking?
