Driveline vibration? 700

745 A/T. New center support bearing, U-joints, trans bushing & seal. I shimmed the middle up 1/4" and down 1/4" The two drive shafts are splined in a way that makes it impossible to put together "wrong".
Still vibrates at 25mph and mellows out as speeed increases. I noticed in neutral there is no change in vibration. So the question is...Is the driveshaft still spinning at the same rate in neutral as it is in gear? I switched wheels and tires with zero change. TIA
