Why am I going through so many endlinks? 200 1986

Over the past 2 years, I broken the driver's side endlink shaft. The original on lasted from 1986 until 2010. I replaced it with an OEM one from a boneyard car until that one broke. Now today I'm getting ready to install my 4th one. They seem to snap a different locations on the shaft, but it's only on the driver's side. Note: I am using poly bushings, but I started using them about 5 years before the original link broke. I drive my car very gently and don't hit any potholes and drive 75% highway. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks.
