1992 240 - starting issues / fuel pump / Fuse 6. 200

A while back I had issues starting my daughters 1992 240 and found the #6 fuse melted. I replaced it and cleaned the contacts well. I also replaced the fuel pump relay and it seemed to start ok for the most part. Once started the 240 runs great.

Occasionally it still won't start. It was pretty rare after the FPR and fuse replacement, but now seems to happen about every other time. My wife and daughter (primary drivers of the car) have learned to listen for the fuel pump to kick on before starting and if it doesn't happen - they jumper 4-6 and the 240 starts right off.

Since it is now happening about every other time they start the car - Momma AIN'T happy, so I gotta dig into it.

Any suggestions??
