Transmission swap. BW35 to M410 in 1975 164 140-160 1975

I am thinking of buy a 1975 164 with a bad BW35 tranny in it. I currently have a 1971 164 with the M410 tranny in it. How hard, and what do I need to be worried about when performing the swap.
