Door latches all stiff- except driver's. Lube-able? 700 1990

All my exterior door handles are stiff on my 90 740Ti. Friends are having trouble opening them when they ride in my car. The interior handles are no problem.

Where are the lube-points, assuming they can be reached...?

Also, the rear driver's side seems to be adjusted so it just barely unlatches when you fully depress the handle. I remember fiddling with the length of a rod in the door assembly ages ago, but I don't think it helped.
