passenger side assembly 900 1993

My passenger side wiper arm is loose. It wouldn't wipe, because of ice on the hood.I removed the ice and the drivers side moved but not the passenger side. It would move when I propped it away from the windersheild. But when replacing it again it started to wipe the hood. I had this problem two years ago and replaced the assembly both sides. I remembered there was a screw loose. But with the new plastic cover I can't see the screw. How do I remove the plastic cover?
