Rubber Mounts for A/C Pusher Fan 200 1991

Yesterday I noticed, on my 91 245, that two of the three rubber mounts that hold the electric A/C pusher fan in front of the condenser had completely crumbled, and the last one wasn't going to last much longer. Does anyone know where I can get these little mounts, or have a part number? That look like little versions of the engine mounts, a round rubber block with a threaded piece coming out of each end.
