14 degrees; cooling fan stuck on; dead battery; location of relay? 700 1992

Found the battery dead on my 1992 Rex/Regina wagon this morning. When I connect a charger to the battery the radiator cooling fan came on. It is much colder this morning than it was last night, and the fan definitely was not on when I left the car.

Found the correct looking relay on the passenger's side near the battery, but disconnecting it did not shut down the fan so it must be the RSR relay?

It is cold and dark and a leisure hunt for the correct relay would be uncomfortable at the least.

Can someone direct me to the relay location for the cooling fan, please.

Thanks
Randy
