Does the 940 GL Have Independent Rear Suspension? 900 1992

A dumb question... but the car's in a dark, wet garage and I can't get under it to look.

I went to buy disc brake pads tonight for the 1992 940GL. Got the front pads, but then the counter guy asked me if the car had independent rear suspension or not as there were two types of pads for the rear. Threw me for a loop... I didn't know the answer. Seems I replaced front and rear pads a few years back and that question never came up and I never had a problem. I didn't know that there was an optional suspension for that particular car.

SO... can anyone tell me, hopefully tonight, if the 1992 940 GL has independent rear suspension?
