Check Engine Light code 2-3-2

Hello, today my check engine light went on in my 1990 240 automatic. When reading the code i came up with 2-3-2 which is too rich or lean at idle. Which i could tell was happening because it has been running rough along with white smoke and last week i got a code of 1-1-3 engine running to rich or lean. I have checked for a vacuum leak with carburetor cleaner. The vacuum seems fine. I am beginning to believe it is the o2 sensor. Also when i step on the gas the car runs completely fine just some white smoke but completely fine. Any help, opinions, or tips, will be accepted and greatly appreciated.
