Evap leak and problem driving at low speed

Hi
need some help
Evap leak and misfiring or a transmission shifting issues?
i drive s90 160,000.
When taking off in warm weather car stumbles, rpm tanks with a feeeling of going into lower gear for a second and right back up. it happens only when taking off speeds under 20 mph, there is no problem at speeds above, shift and drives just fine.
In winter it drives fine while it is cold 10-15 minutes but once it reaches operating temp. it starts giving same problem. again it happens at speed below 20 mph. i do have code for a large evap leak, 2 years ago it was a small leak when this problem started gradually becoming a daily issue now.

thanks
