Beautiful 740 sitting for 4 Years

I have been keeping an eye on an 87 740 GLE for a few years now in my neighborhood. It is owned by an 80 year old woman whos husband died 4
years ago. She has not driven the car since. It has 151Km (about 90K miles) on it, and is in really beautiful condition in and out. Her son was starting the car about once per week for 3 years, and repositioning occasionally. This routine stopped about a year ago. A neighbor I was talking to the other day, said that he was asked by the elderly lady to install a new battery for her, as she would like to sell it soon. He complied, installed the battery, poured a little oil down into the cylinder walls, and fired it up. He said it fired instantly and purred like a kitty. In speaking to the woman yesteday in her garden, I expressed interest and she responded with whether I would like to buy it. I indicated that I would get back to her in a few days. So ...

ALL fluids to be changed (includind fuel) ... drain plug under fuel tank?

Seals/gaskets
Wiring harness
T-belt and water pump
Rad
Hoses/belts
Brakes,calipers, brake lines?
Tires

Other?

Not sure what she wants for it, but I can't see it being worth more than a few hundred bucks, given it's potential for the dollar investment required.

Walk from it or persue?

Sitting in a semi-open dry carport, body and interior in remarkable condition. White on blue, perfect alloys all around, no signs of corrosion, weathering or fading anywhere.
