releasing 240 wagon rear seat top 200 1990

I am in need of a 240 wagon rear seat, and have found only one wagon in the PnP, and the latch is broken. (anyone have a spare they are willing to sell/ship?) I must be thick because I can't figure out how to get the latches on the side to release with a screwdriver. Could someone draw a diagram or send a photo on how to release it? What are the steps to removing the seat top as well? Thanks in advance, Greg
