Lord willing I'll see you Saturday but meanwhile make sure your throttle butterflies close all the way, that you don't have spring-loaded overrun valves in the throttle plates, and that your PCV is all hooked up right. Sounds like a big vacuum leak, about the size of the PCV circuit to me.
Check those things and other possible vacuum leaks and post back!
