Leaking body seals... can brand new seals be found?

The title says it all. I have a leaky trunk on a 740 and a 240 and the 240 also has leaky door seals all around it. One in particular is leaking a lot.

Can we buy brand new seals somewhere? Pulling used, though intact, seals seems sort of like patching broken for doomed, if removing the donor seal doesn't destroy it.

Does anyone have generic seals we can buy?
