Opportunity to buy 1995 940 Turbo 900 1995

Hey all,


I have been presented with the opportunity to buy a 1995 940 Turbo sedan. It is being offered to me by the original owner who, in his words, is "bored and done" with the car. The 940 is in excellent condition, both cosmetically and mechanically, as it has been very well-maintained by him - he told me he has all service records. The headliner is in good shape too.

The car has 197k miles on it - a little steep, so that's of concern to me. Owner wants $1,800 for it. I'm very familiar with my naturally-aspirated 1991 740, but haven't had any experience with Turbos. Anything to look out for? Advice is much appreciated.
