I thought about a used balancer pulley, but I can't tell the sheep from the goats here.
I bought a used one for a 240 project couple of years ago and ended up replacing it couple of months later when it failed rather dramatically.
I have the new 700 FAQ's bookmarked, they are quite the piece of work. Don't know who to thank.
Rock Auto has harmonic balancers from around $60 don't know the quality issues or what after market will last another 100,000 miles.
